Hi there! My name is Fides Lozano. I am your Kindergarten teacher. I'm so happy to be part of the warm and welcoming community here at St. Edward School. It truly feels like a second home.  A place where kindness, care, and a love of learning come together in such a special way.

I've been an Early Childhood Educator for many years, and I can honestly say that working with young children is one of the greatest joys of my life. Their curiosity, laughter, and unique ways of seeing the world constantly remind me how meaningful this work is.

Every day, I’m reminded that I have the incredible privilege of helping shape little minds that will someday grow into thoughtful, compassionate people who can make the world a better place. That’s why I do what I do.

In our classroom, we focus on hands-on, engaging, and age-appropriate learning. I believe children learn best when they’re actively exploring, playing, creating, and discovering. I do my best to create a space where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. Also preparing them to be socially and emotionally ready for the years ahead.
